Senior Architect - Healthcare Newcastle £35,000-£45,000 We are looking for a qualified and experienced Senior Architect that wants to work within the health care sector. my client is a Chartered Architectural practice. They have 2 offices in the UK and some others internationally. They are currently looking for a determined, experienced Architect to join their busy team that is based in Newcastle. To be considered for this Senior Architect role you must: ARB registered and ideally Chartered Ideally have several years' experience as an Architect AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop and Revit Good hand sketching abilities Excellent communication skills Working as a Senior Architect you will be: Assisting in the preparation of drawings, reports, visualisations, schedules and specifications Working as part of a team, assisting on development of design proposals Coordinating designs with other team members Leasing with team members regarding additional input from third party consultants Developing specification and tender documents Issuing inspection reports after site visits Completing valuations Attending meetings
