Overview
Position: Senior Architect - Healthcare Location: Newcastle Salary: £35,000-£45,000 Are you a qualified and experienced Architect based around the Newcastle area? Are you interested in working within the health sector? If so, my client is a Chartered Architectural practice. They predominantly work within the healthcare sector. They have 2 offices in the UK and some others internationally. They are currently looking for a determined, experienced Architect to join their busy team that is based in Newcastle. To be considered for this Senior Architect role you must: ARB registered and ideally Chartered Ideally have several years' experience as an Architect AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop and Revit Good hand sketching abilities Excellent communication skills Working as an Architect you will be: Assisting in the preparation of drawings, reports, visualisations, schedules and specifications Working as part of a team, assisting on development of design proposals Coordinating designs with other team members Leasing with team members regarding additional input from third party consultants Issuing inspection reports after site visits Ensuring the schemes is checked by a senior team member Development of specification and tender documentation Attending meetings Completing valuations
