Overview
Broster Buchanan are partnering with a start-up robotics business who are currently looking to hire a Finance Manager into a newly created role. Having secured a large amount of investment, and with plans to double the size of the global business in the next 12 months this is an amazing time to be joining the company and a genuine opportunity to scope the role around your skill-set. Key responsibilities include: Preparation and review of monthly management and sub-consolidated management accounts in line with the finance team calendar, including financial reports Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts. Preparation of annual statutory accounts. Preparation for year end financial audit and assisting auditors on audit queries. Assist in the design and implementation of a controls frameworks. Liaising and assisting tax advisors across the different regions in annual and quarterly tax return requirements as and when required Preparation of various regulatory filings and monitoring of capital adequacy requirements. Any other adhoc tasks relating to the running of the Accounting and External Reporting Function. The CFO is looking for a candidate who has qualified within audit from one of the Big Four Accounting Firms. Ideally newly qualified or one year PQE and with an appetite to working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial business.
