Service Desk Analyst - Leatherhead - £25,000 - Microsoft products experience, Active Directory Lynx Recruitment is working with an UK Leader who are on the lookout for a Service Desk Analyst to join their growing team in Leatherhead. This role also allows training and growth to then develop your career on a path you wish to choose. The Service Desk Analyst is part of a team that field support calls and creates a record of the request. He/she will resolve all Level One/Level Two support calls over the phone or in person, escalating requests as necessary.
