Overview
Digby Morgan is partnered with a renowned global FMCG based in Leatherhead, Surrey who are presently seeking and Employment Excellence Manager (HR Manager focused on Employment Relations projects). Reporting into the Employment Excellence Director, this role is a blend of BAU and project work focused on setting the standard/frameworks for employment policies and procedures across this organisation's UK operation. As the Employment Excellence Manager you would be responsible for: Working as part of the "HR for HR" team, developing frameworks surrounding HR policies and procedures Improving innovation and efficiency throughout the organisation - collaborating with the HR team (particularly the HR Business Partners who roll-out what is designed by you) and the wider business as a whole Providing expert advice for escalated complex employee relations cases and setting standards for case management Leading on projects aligned to wider organisational plan - examples from the past include IR35, flexible working, data governance, etc. Designing internal communications and leading on workshops/events surrounding initiatives Required Experience: Expertise in employee relations and developing organisation-wide HR policies and procedures Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to perform and network in a complex, matrix environment Comfort with ambiguity Advanced competency in MS Excel and PowerPoint Previous experience working within the FMCG industry If you feel that you're an appropriate fit based on the details above, please apply immediately
