They are currently looking for a team of day support workers on an ongoing basis to ensure the needs and safety of residents are met during evening and night shifts. daytime shifts The Rewards of Working with Us Competitive Hourly Rate, reviewed after 12 weeks service Free training and DBS Flexible Hours to support your other commitments What to Expect Night Support Workers contribute not just to the care needs of individual residents, but also to the overall village life. You will work with the nurse to ensure care plans are followed, but also to engage in activities and support social aspects of those in your care. What you'll need You'll be 100% committed to the needs of the person with previous experience as a Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant An understanding of what is required to work with dementia, including good communication skills and patience.
