Role : Palliative Care Worker (Nights) Location : Taunton, Weston-super-Mare, Bridgwater, Yeovil and Chard Job Description: As a palliative care worker you would be introduced to a range of clients requiring end of life care. You would be assisting individuals to stay in their own homes and provide all necessary support such as personal care, food and fluids support, companionship and palliative needs. Our main focus is to ensure a fantastic customer experience to all of our clients.
