An established forward-thinking Legal 500 firm is looking for an employment solicitor with 2-3 years’ PQE to join its successful team in Orpington. You will be advising both employers and employees on a range of employment law matters both contentious and non-contentious. Your work will include drafting contracts, preparation of tribunals, restricted covenants and unfair dismissal. This Orpington based position would suit a qualified employment solicitor who is happy to conduct business development activities and help to establish new contacts.
