Overview
Very exciting opportunity for a Paralegal with Commercial Property experience to join a privately owned Investment Firm in London Summary - Commercial Property Paralegal for a well-known Investment Firm. -Assist with lease renewals, negotiations and management. Knowledge of 1954 Act (primarily for leases granted with security of tenure) is required. -Ideal candidate will have a background working as a paralegal within a commercial property environment and available at short notice About the Role -This role will include supporting the in-house commercial property team. The candidate will work closely and liaise with the Legal Counsel on a wide range of commercial matters. -The candidate will be assisting with the drafting of renewal leases, negotiating transfers and other leasehold property transactions. Some level of liaising with external counsel e.g. on disputes and litigation would be involved. About You -Ideal candidate will have a background working as a paralegal within a commercial property environment and be available at short notice. -Experience in drafting reports on title (subject to leases) in a refinance context would be advantageous.
