Overview
NEW EXCITING MEDIA OPPORTUNITY - FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER - £70K - 12 MONTH FTC I am currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner for a multinational mass media conglomerate based in London. This role will be paying up to £70k for an initial 12-month FTC. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Working with the Financial Controllership and Operational Finance teams to continuously improve financial processes, controls and financial governance framework to enable effective financial management of all expenditure incurred within central teams, programmes and where appropriate, markets. Financial modelling of new scenarios and new investment decisions (data gathering and cost and benefit analysis) Construction of monthly budget/forecasts by Project and cost centres for current and future years, including controls around intangible asset accounting Updating existing business cases and audit papers to reflect latest cost to complete, programme timelines and business benefits. EXPERIENCE: Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) Experience with Project accounting/ Financial modelling Working understanding of accounting under IAS 38 Intangible Assets Management reporting / Budgeting / forecasting experience Organized, with strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Experience within Technology or cost centre reporting an advantage.
