Overview
My clients a friendly global Logistics company based within the Twickenham area, seeking an experienced Sales Logistics Administrator. Daily duties will include: Creating new product codes Liaising with accounts, suppliers and sales Creating and issuing pick noted to the warehouse Ensuring all customers requirements are met within a timely manner Taking calls from customers and replying to emails Managing stock levels Working closely with the freight forwarders Customer invoicing Sending a weekly payment schedule to finance team Creating reports for customers General admin Experience/ skills needed: Previous experience within a similar role Good knowledge of the freight forwarding industry Good knowledge of health and safety Outstanding customer service skills Outstanding admin skills PC literate Working hours: Monday - Friday 09:00-17:30 / 08:00-16:30
