Interim Finance Director 6 months contract ( Quick Start) Salary Annual Equivalent £75,000 A fantastic Theatre & TV Production Company The company covers Theatre , TV production and Gaming . The Company are looking initially for a qualified contract FD to help support the Interim CEO, the role may go permanent. Key Responsibilities as a snap shot : Oversee the day to day finance functions of the business and its charity Over see the accounts assistant Review all on going projects - and reconcile current and future positions - TV/Theatre Production - large scale Prepare Monthly management accounts with analysis Prepare and review Cash flow forecast Prepare company budgets and Forecasts Review processes and procedures Support on JV agreement with a key gaming company Review Royalty payments due and reconcile accounts to make sure all properly accounted for Support CEO and looking at the strategy of the company going forward Ensure proper accounting being undertaken Maximise HMRC returns as due Oversee monthly employee payroll , post journals - manage HMRC payments Support CEO with HR issues and ensure proper structure in place going forward Support on an office move in June The company is looking for : A qualified accountant Who has good Theatre Experience at a senior level who can commit to 6 months Has a hands on, sleeves rolled up, get stuck in type of person Someone who is a good communicator and gets on with people A Strategic thinker Someone who likes sorting things out but who is a problem solver The candidate must have a good understanding of THEATRE and hopefully TV production Quick Ideally immediate start If you have not received a response within 5 working days it probably means your application is not relevant
