Financial Reporting Manager Series B FinTech £55/60K share options Talentedge are proud to be partnering with one of the fastest-growing VC backed wealth management app's in the UK currently. My client lives by its core values and aims to bring the team together through being open-minded, collaborative and non-hierarchal. This is a newly created role reporting directly into the Head of Finance to deliver on building the finance function and to aid in the business growth. Key responsibilities Management of the day to day finances with 2 direct reports Production of monthly management accounts Financial reporting including; budgets & forecasts, stat accounts & leading of the audit process Tax reporting including corporate, VAT and R&D Management of payroll, payments & HMRC Continual process improvement & implementation of controls Profile ACA qualified or equivalent Strong use of excel is essential Must be passionate about the business, core values & making a difference in a fast-paced, growing start-up
