An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Leading Global FMCG company with Brands such as Dove, Knorr, Persil & Magnum are currently looking for 2 X Finance Data Analyst based at their prestigious facility in Kingston Upon Thames. These are full-time temporary roles for a period of 2 weeks and 1 week, working a 36.25-hour week. This role is paying between £14.43 to £18.04 pe hour, pro rata, depending on experience. DUE TO THE URGENT NATURE OF THIS ROLE WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT ANY APPLICATIONS THAT HAVE A NOTICE PERIOD Main Responsibilities: Responsible for the Input and will have a duty of care towards the quality of data being entered and if in doubt, will be required to challenge the accuracy of the output provided The daily work schedule is likely to be as follows; You will be provided with a list of contracts to input in Plan On RE You will mark the contracts they have processed on their list The Analyst will provide support and guidance to any queries the you may have From the daily list, the Analyst will identify contracts that will need to be checked based on value, number of contracts by country etc. However, some contracts that appears straightforward will also be included for the check. This will ensure a fair selection of the population being reviewed. You will not have prior knowledge of the specific contracts that will be selected for checking Once you have completed the input, the Analyst will proceed with the check All contracts that were selected for checking and successfully completed will be marked as such in the list. Any discrepancies will be highlighted to the you and the corrective action required However, any discrepancies identified by the WTS Senior Finance Manager will be referred to the Analyst and ultimately to you for corrective actions This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89721668
