Overview
SNUGGED are working with a bleeding edge, high tech RF (Radio Frequency) engineering lead manufacturing business to find a RF Hardware Engineer to undertake a key role at the heart of their engineering function and working closely with their Chief Engineer to drive the development of their hyper advanced RF products. Already turning over in excess of £1m/annum this is a high-tech start-up with minimal risk of failure. The RF Hardware Engineer will sit at the centre of their crucial Engineering function, playing a key role in the ongoing hardware development and test. You will work throughout the entire design process, inclusive of analogue RF and some digital hardware design, PCB layout, test and debugging of prototypes in a lab environment. You will provide support to product manufacturing and test, including holding a key relationship with their external manufacturing partner. As you’ll be joining the business at a key point in their growth you will have the option to establish your own lab environment, including selecting equipment you need to fill it. They’re offering an interesting package with this role which includes some potentially very lucrative share options. These will become active when the company sells/floats in 3-5 years time and offer a significant financial bonus on top of the already generous salary offering.
