Overview
IPS Finance are working with a market leading law firm looking to employ a Part Time Legal Cashier to join their busy team in Leeds City centre. The Legal Cashier will be focused on providing support to the Cashier Team Leader in a 3 day per week role. The ideal candidate will work accurately with financial information in a fast-paced environment, completing work within set timescales. The Legal Cashier will be responsible for; Handling financial transactions for internal and clients' accounts Dealing with queries and obtaining authorisation from internal colleagues and external clients Bank reconciliations When necessary provide appropriate support for other roles as and when required Previous experience in an Accounts team of a law firm is required as well as an understanding of Solicitors' Account Rules.
