Overview

An exciting and rewarding role has arisen within our Networks Division. This is regionally based and operates within a defined territory. With the ability to work from home, or from a Willis Towers Watson office in an agile environment you will be responsible for a portfolio of Network Member relationships, working with them to develop growth, retention and support in the development of the Network Members’ businesses. Providing strategic and operational advice and placement support to Network Members, you will be their key contact into Willis Towers Watson and the Network team to provide support. You will also engage with key partner insurers to understand their appetite and to deliver opportunity to them. Willis Towers Watson Networks Willis Towers Watson’s Networks Division was formed in 1999 and has grown to be one of the largest and most progressive networks in the UK and Ireland, with over 80 Network Members. The Network offers enhanced access to and trading with Insurer markets, a gateway to the expertise, exclusive products and scale and leverage of the Willis Towers Watson Group, a training academy for Network Members’ staff, support in areas such as marketing and compliance and focused one-to-one expertise to assist Network Members in defining and achieving their strategic goals. The Role You will be the client relationship director for a panel of Network Members working along side a team of other Business Partners. You will develop an in-depth understanding of the Network Members' businesses - their aims and objectives and their personnel, in order to support the Network Members in accessing appropriate elements of the Willis Towers Watson Networks proposition, at the right time for their business. You will work with Network Members to understand their placement strategies, to present opportunity into Network markets and setting out benefits of new solutions as they come to fruition. You will maintain Strategic Account Plans for each Network Member to ensure all parties identify the best ways of working with each other, with opportunities and actions. You will support Network Members and Insurer Partners in case pipelining. You will work with our Insurer Partners, at an operational level, providing insight, identifying and converting opportunities, and resolving any issues with our Network Members. The Requirements You will have well developed interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver key messages at all levels, to Network Members and Insurer Partners. You will have good influencing skills, using informed persuasion to influence at all levels, creating “win-win” outcomes You will have detailed knowledge of insurance and insurance markets in order to deal effectively with Network Members’ strategic, operational and placement needs. You will be able to demonstrate good planning, organisational and time management skills, managing multiple Network Member and Insurer Partner relationships You will be able to manage and maintain action plans, and demonstrate an ability to show delivery against those plans You will need to be able to think about good client solutions and show creative flair in working with Network Members. You will need an ability to analyse business plans, data and situations and provide recommendations and solutions You will be very well supported in a team environment but will need to be able to work independently and to manage your own time effectively, and work collaboratively with others.
