Overview

Are you a CIPD Chartered member? Do you want to work for an organisation that makes a massive difference to the lives of every day people? Have you got a work history centred around TUPE transfers? If so, this could be the role for you. We are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to work for one of our NHS clients in Leeds, for 3-4 days per week. The role is working on a specific TUPE project, with the post lasting until October 2020. The main duties will reverberate around providing expert TUPE guidance, support and expertise to a number of individuals. This will include: Leading the transfer of approximately 150 staff. Giving and providing coaching to colleagues on advice and procedures. Attending and leading project based meetings. Supporting particular change programmes. Making decisions on complex and/or contentious issues. Developing and writing policies. Providing complex management reports. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role and have significant experience of TUPE transfer projects.
