Corporate Partner, 10 years PQE, Leeds, £DOE, Leading regional law firm JOB TITLE: Corporate Partner PQE REQUIRED: At least 10 years LOCATION: Leeds THE ROLE: This Leeds based corporate team is ranked highly by legal publications and this role offers a well-rounded Corporate Solicitor the opportunity to join as a Corporate Partner, advising clients on range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and management buys outs. The team act on behalf of an impressive client list including listed companies, private individuals and investors and come from a range of industry sectors regionally and nationally. You will work closely with your fellow partners to continue developing these existing relationships as well as making use of your own connections to bring new clients to the firm. THE CANDIDATE: The successful Corporate Partner will already have at least 10 years' PQE gained at a firm renowned for corporate services. You will have a wealth of knowledge in all areas of corporate law and be an expert at business development. You will be a team player, supporting growth of other areas of the business. A healthy book of contacts and confidence in the ability to bring a client following is essential, along with a can do attitude and desire to be a part of an exciting growth phase that this firm is currently experiencing.
