User Researcher / Central Brighton / Salary £39500 Our client is looking for a User Researcher to join their online services team to plan, design and carry out research activities with users, helping them to gain a deep understanding of the people that are using their website. The role: Responsible for recruiting participants, planning and undertaking various types of user engagement To introduce new methodologies, frameworks and tools for user research and to transfer knowledge to the wider team Work with others in the team via customer experience mapping to consolidate existing research into actionable insights Convert research into user stories Organise user recruitment and user panels Help commission user research into the role of educational content and deliver research in the subject area Essential Skills and Experience Have a range of user research methods and able to choose appropriate methods for different life phrases and situations Knowledge of how to apply methods correctly Experience conducting usability sessions Ability to turn Data into clear findings Understands the diversity of users of Government Services Understands organisational strategy and objectives Experience using relevant software such as online remote usability testing tools , research tools and analysis tools This is an exciting opportunity and an immediate requirement apply now
