UX / User Experience Designer

Our client is looking for a User Experience Designer:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.

2-5 years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field.

Experience with user research methodologies, such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe, Figma, or similar.

Proficiency in UX design tools and platforms.

Familiarity with responsive design principles and designing for multiple devices and platforms.

Proficient in using appropriate prototyping tools to demonstrate design concepts and interactions.

Microsoft 365 Proficiency.

Graphic design proficiency would be an asset.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, user needs, and project requirements for digital products and services.

Conduct user research using various methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain insights into user behaviors, goals, and pain points.

Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts, interactions, and workflows for digital interfaces.

Document design decisions, rationale, and specifications to ensure clarity and facilitate collaboration with team members and clients throughout the design process.

Analyze user testing results and metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform design decisions.
