This Legal 500 and Chambers-Ranked firm is looking for an IP Litigation Associate to join their Band 2 Patent Litigation department in the City of London. The Role You will play a key role in advising clients on pre-litigation strategy and all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution relating to Patents, SPCs and Confidential Information. Often you will also advise on multi-jurisdictional issues. This caseload will be varied, ensuring that your work is fascinating and rewarding. You will receive instructions from an impressive array of clients from SMEs to well-known International Corporations, making for an incredibly high-quality of work. In this role you will work closely with the departments Partners, ensuring you have market-leading guidance and the support necessary to maximise your earnings. You will also have Juniors on hand to assist you with you caseload.
