Residential Property Solicitor - Greater Manchester The Firm Dynamic and innovative law firm is recruiting a residential property solicitor to join its vibrant conveyancing team in a non case handling role. The firm acts on behalf of clients ranging from private individuals through to major national developers. Highly accredited, the firm holds the CQS (conveyancing quality scheme) and has won a number of awards since its inception. The Role The role is a perfect opportunity for a senior conveyancer looking to step away from handling their own full caseload. You will be responsible for handling technical legal work to include complex title checks and enquiries as well as acting as a mentor and point of contact for other team members. Requirements You must be a residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer or legal executive with at least 5 years experience in handling complex conveyancing transactions.
