Licensed Conveyancer

A nationally recognised firm specialising in conveyancing is seeking an experienced and licensed conveyancer to join its expanding Manchester-based team of conveyancers. The firm specialises in a volume conveyancing approach and has perfected the process for over a decade, to which it attributes its huge success. With offices regionally based, the firm is now looking to recruit a qualified licensed conveyancer or conveyancing solicitor seeking to join a forward-thinking firm with clear career progression opportunities. As the Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor, you'll be responsible for managing your own caseload of between 70-100 files, depending on your level of experience. This will include the full range of conveyancing transactions focusing on client service/care, and handling queries throughout the process, keeping regular contact with clients including estate agents, customers, and other solicitors. You must be a qualified licensed conveyancer or conveyancing solicitor with 2 years' PQE in handling a caseload of 70 conveyancing files from start to finish. You will be provided with lots of admin/support and up to date IT systems. Salary is negotiable (likely up to c£35,000).
