Overview
A unique vacancy has arisen for a residential conveyancer in Manchester, who will be performing much more of a business development role in order to develop a department. We are working alongside one of our long-standing clients who are looking to grow their offering in Manchester. This role would suit a qualified legal executive or licensed conveyancing with at least 10 years' experience who is now looking for their next challenge. This opportunity is with a highly successful practice who are invested in their continued development. They are therefore looking for a residential conveyancer who will predominantly generate new relationships as well as maintain existing ones. You will be expected to run a small caseload of files, however, this is not the focus of the role. As such, if you are looking for the chance to reduce your fee earning whilst taking on more business development and client management responsibilities then this could be the role for you. The ideal residential conveyancer will be confident when dealing with all types of property transactions including freehold and leasehold sale and purchase, transfer of equity, re-mortgage, shared ownership and new builds.
