You genuinely care about leading and inspiring people to produce great work. You worked hard to get here, and your love for coding and leadership brought out the best in you and your team. Their growth and the big results they had in their industry is thanks to the love and effort of people like you. They have about 20 people in their dev team and they are split across London and Nottingham. They want to grow even more and are now looking to expand their teams. They have a plan to grow and they need your fresh ideas and guidance to do that. You’ll find a pleasant environment and nice people. Even though they are growing and there’s a lot of work to do, you’ll find that everything you do is quite interesting. You’ll be a team leader whilst remaining hands-on. You’ll get the chance to do more of what you love and that’s coding. Once more people come in and the teams grow, you can work more on leadership if that’s what you desire. You’ll be happy to do some travelling to London from time to time to oversee both sides of your team. You’ll always help your team as scaling the product is their biggest challenge, you’ll show them how to get things done if they don’t know how and will always speak your mind if you don’t agree with something. Do you fancy working more on the backend, frontend or both? Well, you’ll get the chance to do what you want. You’ll have hands-on development skills with Node, for their backend server-side development, React for their frontend development, and Mongo for their database.
