We save lives. In the UK 1 in 3 women will experience domestic abuse in their lifetime and in Nottingham we're here to support those women and children experiencing or escaping it. We're the sixth largest accredited domestic abuse charity in England. We've been around for almost 40 years and in that time we've built up a real depth of knowledge. We currently have 85 employees and an annual turnover in the region of 2m. Juno Women's Aid is an ambitious and resourceful charity, passionate about helping women and their children move forward to live their lives free from abuse. In a year, we answer around 10,000 calls on our helpline, support over 6,000 women and 260 children. As an experienced Domestic Violence specialist you will effectively manage a high-quality team and support staff to work across risk levels with women and their children, offering risk assessed, strength based, and needs led support. You will ensure compliance with contracts, funding agreements and quality standards and develop strong communication between your team and senior management. This role will be worked over 3 days Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday.
