Overview
Job Description
Due to promotion and expansion of the team, an exciting opportunity has opened for 2 Transformation Project Leads to join a forward thinking quality improvement (QI) driven team. You will be a determined and self-motivated individual who will work alongside clinicians and leadership teams to support the identification of waste and QI ideas using a variety of benchmarking and QI tools and techniques. Communication & Relationship building skills will be key to building trust with individuals and teams to drive the improvements for our patients. The roles are unique, varied, respected and successful applicants will be fully supported to develop their skills and qualifications further to enhance the quality of care we offer at NUH.
