Overview
Role requirements Conduct a full review across the group of current processes and controls around PRFs. Review all current PRFs in place across the business and ensure that calculation methodologies are appropriate and in line with agreements. Design 3-4 standard models with agreed narrative for inclusion in the fee schedule. This will be starting point in fee negotiations with clients. Improve / document the PRF onboarding process to ensure that all impacted teams are engaged with any proposals, that terms are captured and stored as appropriate, and that fee arrangements are properly documented in the legal agreement Improve the efficiency of the fee calculation process and leveraging relevant technology to improve speed and accuracy. This will include building out PRF calculations in RevPort whilst in the design phase. Ensure roles and responsibilities regarding current and future PRFs are fully understood. Design and build a framework to facilitate the tracking and forecasting of PRFs Identify and report on any other key findings (such as key challenges, skill set gaps, etc).
