Agile Delivery Lead Location : Central London Salary : 100,000 - £120,000 An amazing opportunity has arisen for an Agile Delivery Lead to work with a management consultancy helping to add value to numerous transformation project. You will ensure projects are delivered to be both sustainable and successful. Strategy will have to be tailored to clients’ needs and building strong relationships with C-suite stakeholders as well the wider delivery teams is essential. If you are someone who actively seeks a challenge and is interested in improving various companies processes and products using your excellent experience and knowledge and background in agile then this is the opportunity for you What Will You Will Be Doing: Providing outstanding programme management and ensuring continuous improvement through agile methodology Working within a framework to provide agile solutions to various companies across fintech and travel and telecoms. Ensuring the delivery of key milestones by technical teams both on and offshore Delivering high quality programme and products as well as high satisfaction with service and client engagement Clarifying & documenting scope & roadmaps Organise structure process objectives, workflows and key metrics Managing scope changes and forecasting delivery dates based on metrics Responsible for making sure Agile workshops are carried out effectively Perform numerous roles across the entire delivery life cycle What They Want: Excellent knowledge and experience with Agile delivery (Scrum) Strong experience working across all phases of the project lifestyle Proven track record delivering complex projects using Agile methodologies Ability to use metrics in order to demonstrate improvements via agile delivery Both product and technical experience is beneficial Regular exposure to C-suite executives If you have the right Agile Delivery experience don’t hesitate to send your CV to Jamal at
