Overview
LAW Absolute is working with a highly regarded Top 200 City Practice who are searching for a Real Estate litigation lawyer to join them for a fixed term contract for up to 12 months. The role is to assist the team with high profile, confidential cases. The team deal with a wide range of commercial real estate disputes. You will have broad real estate disputes experience dealing with asset management, commercial landlord and tenant disputes, site renewals, notices of termination, multi-site contracts disagreements and be able to provide legal advice in an effective way. The team is looking for someone who is both collaborative and confident in this area and be able to draft and make comments on strategy in a time pressure situation and hit the ground running.
