The role The firm are seeking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their flourishing office based close to Euston, London. The firm has a loyal client base, the commercial property department deals with an excellent quality of work. You will find the variety of work will make for an interesting caseload. You will work with companies across a number of industry sectors ranging from SME's to National companies. The firm has a strong reputation in the restaurant, leisure and retail sectors. The caseload will include; Landlord and tenant, Acquisitions and disposals and Investment work. This role comes with excellent prospects for career progression. Requirements You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE) You will have a passion for conveyancing work, and possess a meticulous eye for detail You should have strong communication and team work skills Salary is negotiable and dependent on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor where you will obtain good exposure, based close to Euston in London.
