Overview
Senior Embedded Software Engineer – Outside IR35 The role is for an Oxfordshire based space technology company who are at the forefront of the emerging new space industry. They are looking for an embedded engineer to join their team on site for the possibility of a condensed Monday to Thursday 4 day working week on an initial 6 month contract with likeliness of extension. You would be joining a team to lead and manage the implementation of embedded software in microprocessors that form key elements of our spacecraft avionics. The key skillsets they are looking for are Experience in Embedded C or C++ Experience with microcontrollers and peripheral components Proven experience in embedded systems design with pre-emptive, multitasking real-time operating systems Familiar with electronics This is an immediate contract requirement, CV’s are being considered from the 12th March and interviews are taking place from the 16th March.
