Overview
Commercial Project Manager Excellent Salary with 9% Annual Bonus Tredegar Area We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Project Manager to join a growing company in the Tredegar area. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for ensuring clients receive a prompt, efficient, accurate service, in compliance with agreed Contract, Technical / Quality Agreement. Duties and Responsibilities Include - Management and coordination of all project deliverables - Initiate meetings, teleconferences as appropriate with Client and other relevant parties - Origination of batch documentation and approval of artwork for all relevant labels and packaging components. - Maintaining client/label files in accordance with SOP's. - Generation of production documentation to facilitate each required packaging run in accordance with agreed customer timescales. - Ensuring all required product materials, labels and components are ordered, received and available for use in accordance with agreed customer timescales. - Production planning including labour utilization in accordance with agreed customer timescales. - Coordinating transport of finished goods and reject material destruction in accordance with agreed customer timescales. - Compiling stock inventory reports and controlling critical stock levels. - Maintaining various spreadsheets and confirming / checking packaging and storage invoices. Skills and Experience Required - Strong project management background, with a minimum of one year's project management experience within a commercial, GMP regulated environment. - Ability to manage several tasks/projects at once. - Proficient with Microsoft office suite. - Strong ability to read, write and comprehend the English language.
