Senior/Principal Mechanical Design Engineer | Bristol | Salary: £38,000 - £52,000 Your new company You'll be joining an industry leading Building Services consultancy who are committed to progression and giving people relevant exposure to succeed. They have a diverse project portfolio across many sectors and work on projects which are at the forefront of the industry. Your new role This consultancy are looking for two Mechanical Engineers at either Senior or Principal level. As a Senior/Principal Mechanical Design Engineer you'll be taking the lead design role on significant and complex engineering projects and be responsible for the design delivery of these schemes. You will liaise with other team members across the project team from inception to completion. You will take ownership of project tasks requiring delivery within tight timescales and manage the internal team. What you'll need to succeed You will need to hold a relevant degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering. You will have experience in design team with other construction professionals and the ability to develop effective client and fellow professional relationships. You should be software literate with a sound understanding of industry software packages. Autonomous approach: able to lead small to medium sized projects and able to take a brief from the project lead on large projects and deliver and control the tasks required.
