UX CONSULTANT - LONDON Who we are looking for: We are looking for people with: Excellent communication and team skills Excellent project and people management skills Good knowledge of accessibility compliance, SEO, social, personalisation, responsive design, assisted digital, search, ecommerce, online customer service and more Good understanding and use of software such as Google, Adobe Test & Target, etc. Proficiency in relevant packages within Adobe Creative SuitePossess knowledge of prototyping and wireframe creation tools such as Sketch, Axure, Omnigraffle, etc. Expert practitioner in UX design processes and methodologies Good general understanding of web technologies About the role Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 With a strong understanding of best practices and methodologies, UX Consultants are the primary end-user advocates who produce online experiences that engage even the most discerning audiences. They are research and data enthusiasts who consume large amounts of information and distil it into simple yet engaging and useful digital products and services to serve a wide variety of online experiences. We are recruiting an additional UX Consultant to work on site in London with a key Government customer. Key responsibilities Test concepts, perform task and user analysis, and assist with user acceptance testing Conduct user research, and requirements gathering and provide recommendations both in written and visual (wireframe) form, that demonstrate sensitivity to different and diverse user needs Develop prototypes that succinctly illustrate user journeys, epics/stories, task flow, content structure / hierarchy and navigation Strategise and drive interactive product development from site map to product or service launch Create compelling online consumer experiences that are empathetic and drive measureable business results This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89764034
