Salary: £18,500 - £22,000 per annum, plus performance-related commissions Benefits: Bi-annually reviewed salary, approved contributory pension and share option scheme, 'opt-in’ Employee Well Being and Support Health Cash Plan, 20 days holiday bank holidays Hours: Full time, Permanent Location: Canary Wharf, East London Our client is an established and ambitious company that focuses on tracing heirs and beneficiaries of lost and unclaimed assets and deceased estates. They are looking for a results driven individual, used to working off their own initiative, to join their London based team. Working within the team, the role requires you to: Manage your own allocated caseload using genealogy research tools and a variety of other software and online resources Contact identified individuals by telephone, email, letter and/or in person Secure and manage client engagements Deal with all administrative tasks as required for your caseload Liaise with professional third parties Take ownership and responsibility for achieving your own personal targets and those of your team In addition, all Cases Managers are expected to: Manage their own case workflows; by utilising good prioritisation and organisational skills Uphold the integrity of the case management system by recording and responding to all incoming and outgoing correspondence and documenting all key steps Handle incoming telephone calls; both internal and external Provide ad-hoc administration support to team colleagues as needed Any other duties as may reasonably be allocated Successful applicants will: Be able to work diligently and off their own initiative Be able to think logically, creatively and analytically Have strong communication & interpersonal skills Be proactive and engaged Have proven client facing experience, preferably over the phone Can demonstrate an empathetic nature Be a team player, and be able to perform well under pressure, Have good IT and numeracy skills Have the ability and flexibility to succeed in a challenging role For your efforts and positive contribution to the firm you will be rewarded with the opportunity to develop your professional genealogy, client care and management skills.
