Overview
Responsibilities Act as the Lead Engineer on all pre and post sales activities. Take ownership for all Microsoft-related support and installation, acting as the 'go to’ Engineer. Take a dynamic approach to resolving incidents and service requests, both remotely and on-site. Be able to act on initiative to ensure customer needs are met. Create, monitor and review KPIs on key areas. Work as part of a small team, with the ability to multi-task and support team members when required. Requirements A strong technical background and knowledge in Microsoft including but not limited to - Microsoft 365 Business Suite (Office applications as well as OneDrive, SharePoint, Skype etc, Enterprise Mobility & Scaling, Intune - Mobile device and app management, Azure Active Directory - Identity & Access Management, Secure single sign-on) Proven experience of working within a similar role / industry. Holds Microsoft certifications/accreditations. Broad understanding across a range of technologies including networking (Cisco) and UC Ability to complete complex IT changes. Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with solid interpersonal skills. Dynamic approach to prioritising workload in a busy environment, whilst paying close attention to detail.
