Overview
A leading IFA are looking for a Referrals Team Manager to manage their fostering referral process, proving management and support to wider team of Referrals Officers. This role is office based in West London: You will provide strong leadership and management across referrals management and operationally with carers and Local Authorities within the region. You will maintain commercial awareness and ensures contractual and regulatory compliance in relation to the referral process. Contributing to the development and successful implementation of the regional business plan and targets, you will adopt a positive inspirational approach to carer / Looked After Child placement making. Brief overview of role / responsibilities: Accountable for the implementation of the regional referral journey following the agreed process.
