Overview
Our client, a fast-growing business based in Minworth are currently recruiting an Order Processing Administrator to join their busy team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients ensuring that the customer is at the heart of everything and ensure that the operation of the contract runs smoothly. Along with a competitive salary, the candidate will receive a pension scheme, 23 days paid holiday and discretionary bonus based on performance. As the Order Processing Administrator, you will be responsible for: Ensuring all orders are processed to agreed timescales and accurately on the inhouse system Keeping clients updated and advising of any issues Providing a high level of customer service at all times Managing paperwork Assisting in the resolution of complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner The successful candidate for the role of Order Processing Administrator will have: A keen eye for detail An excellent knowledge base of computers, with the ability to learn new systems quickly and comprehensively Ability to think ahead and prioritise workload A good telephone manner Ability to work well individually and within a team environment In return the Order Processing Administrator will receive a basic salary of £18,000pa. working hours are Monday to Friday 08:30am to 17:00pm.
