CALLING ALL RESOURCING SPECIALISTS/ HUMAN RESOURCES Are you an experienced & passionate Resourcing Specialist looking for a new opportunity within Professional Services? We are looking for Internal Resourcing Specialist superstars as we have multiple active roles for a few of our clients. Looking for candidates from entry level through to senior advisory level is required. You will need exceptional experience in Internal Recruitment from Professional Services who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for specific support departments. To be a successful applicant you must have a minimum of 4 years' experience as an internal Recruiter from a professional services background. RESOURCING SPECIALIST/ HUMAN RESOURCES The successful applicant will have the following skills/experience; Previous experience managing recruitment campaigns within a busy & complex environment. Legal experience looked at favourably. Experience of leading and managing business support staff recruitment campaigns is essential. Can demonstrate success embedding direct sourcing methods, developing talent pipelines for support staff and reducing recruitment costs Experience of supplier management and sourcing Strong interviewing experience, and an understanding of different assessment methodologies.
