Job Title - Transport Operations Manager - Transport Co-Ordination Location - Birmingham Salary - £30-35k depending on experience Are you a Leader of large numbers of Remote workers, Drivers, Engineers, Large crews? Do you have exceptional leadership and can work in a fast-paced high technology led business? If so, please read on The Role : This role is all about finding an individual who has a track record of managing remote workforces, you will be office based and have responsibility for over 200- 350 individuals. This role is all about Leadership, directing and making sure the SLA's are delivered for their clients. It is paramount that you are not average with technology. My client has invested heavily and continues to invest in technology and this requires someone who has the aptitude to work at ease with systems and mobile data. The role is fast paced and as the Leader and Manager your responsibility will be to run a smooth ship, making sure staff levels are the key, completion of work, managing sickness, managing H&S matters, payroll and dealing with all areas of objections. The Ideal Candidate : A natural leader of large teams, great communicator, Organised and can multitask, strong with Technology. Strong character who can lead and encourage but also discipline and be heard. The individual who will be succeed in this role will be a natural people person however with a track record of working in a very fast paced transport, collections business .
