Overview
An established engineering organisation who are based in Surrey are currently on the lookout to add a Quality Engineer to their team due to continued growth within the business. The company manufacture special purpose machinery and are looking for a Quality Engineer who is hands on and looking for a role that will allow them to work on the hands on side of Quality. An overview of the Quality Engineer role is below: Resolving Internal and external Quality Issues and implementing Corrective and Preventative actions Implementing Quality Management Systems Involvement in the NPI process Developing and reporting KPI’s Supporting the Quality Inspection Department Setting Quality Standards across the manufacturing environment The ideal Quality Engineer will come from the following background: Understanding of ISO9001:2015 (Any other QMS would be beneficial) Able to undertake internal audits Understanding of core Quality tools Able to analyse company KPI Previous experience in managing customer and supplier issues The role is paying up to £38,000 Benefits and is looking to line up interviews ASAP for the right individual.
