Overview
CFO – Software £250,000 per annum bonus equity London Our client is a private equity-backed software business with international offices in the USA and Europe and global sales growing by 30% year on year. Turnover is set to reach £55m this year with EBITDA £21m. They are looking to bring in a high calibre CFO to take the business through the next phase of its growth. As CFO, you will support the CEO and management team and be responsible for the finance function, putting in the processes, procedures and controls in place to grow the business, providing the management information to the board and private equity house. You will assist with all M&A activities, including the identification, assessment, negotiation, due diligence and integration of acquisitions, including the preparation and presentation of investment cases. The business is international, and you will be directly involved in overseas expansion plans including new office launches. To apply for this role, you will have: Worked in a private equity-backed business previously Extensive knowledge of the SaaS/Software industry Been involved in a fast growth business including M&A Taken a business through a successful exit ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
