Joining an already successful and collaborative Supply Chain Operations Team, where you’ll be expected to dive straight into the cut and thrust of operating in a fast-paced retail environment where you’ll confidently build and enhance key relationships with our 3PLs to accurately plan and forecast the consumables and ingredients that go into Costa’s 10,000 coffee dispensing points across the UK . In a fun and friendly environment, our DNA is to challenge ourselves and be passionate about our legacy A bit about the role Reporting to the UK Supply Chain Operations Manager who’s an advocate of trusting and empowering his Team, this role will be to manage and maintain the demand, forecast and delivery of stock so that Costa’s >100 products /consumables meet the supply targets for over 10,000 coffee dispensing points across the UK’ Manage the stock levels and supply of ingredients to Costa Express partners To accurately manage, forecast and report on the ebb and flow of supply and demand Maximise demand planning processes within Costa Express to minimise stock holding and maximise availability Build effective supplier partnerships and identify value added opportunities for improvement Effective and regular communication and management of suppliers across the wider Costa – International/PTS/Retail brands A bit about you… To succeed at Costa, it is important that you embrace our values and enjoy working with diverse and committed colleagues.
