We have over 4,000 talented Associates around the globe. This role sits within The Nature's Bounty Co. Ltd. the International division which has its headquarters in London, UK with Company Owned Distributors in the UK, Spain, South Africa and New Zealand. The International Demand Planner will be pivotal to driving a "best in class" service to the Nature's Bounty Co Ltd's customers and company owned distributors through capturing and generating the market demand/forecasts, maintaining systems, performing rootcausing analysis to improve process, and through establishing close working relationships with multiple stakeholders. Job Description At a key customer level across all Brands, analyze the various factors of the rolling 18-24 month demand forecast including consumption trends, separation of base and incremental volume, changes in customer inventory and other elements that translate consumption volume to shipment volume. Analyze customer factors that impact demand (i.e., category trends, trade promotions, seasonality, retail consumption etc). Analyzing the demand forecast verses the Brand and Sales financial plans to determine the root cause of any gaps. Partner with the commercial teams, Territory Account Managers and sales support functions to validate the unit forecast. Resolve gaps through cross-functional collaboration with Brand and Sales within the S&OP process to align the business and supply chain to develop a true consensus forecast. Analyze buying patterns of key customers to determine how they will react to promotions. Systematically identify forecast errors on an ongoing basis through comprehensive forecast error reviews and model design. Support business understanding of volume forecasts and business performance through comprehensive analytics. Partners with Supply Chain & Inventory Management to ensure "best in class" customer service levels, inventory turns, manufacturing efficiencies, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure Orders Captured as Forecast beyond M2 Co-ordinate and Manage NPI Forecast Manage Future Delete Skus Enter in Promo Quantities M3-M5 Work Closely with Commercial on their forecast by territory based on analysis of accuracy Analyzing Order Patterns and adjusting forecast accordingly (order ships early, next month to be lower) Working with Commercial teams on late or missing orders Lead Time Violation Feedback & root causing analysis Forecast Accuracy Root Cause Analysis Provide data to the Commercial teams for their inputs to the forecast Meet with Commercial teams to discuss data provided Continuous improvement on process for Commercial Needs Facilitate positive and beneficial working relationships with all internal departments. Providing management with data and reports where requested. Provide holiday and sickness cover for other International Associates / Demand Planners. * Excellent oral and written communications and interpersonal skills. * Must have organizational, analytical and problem solving skills. * Ability to work independently and well within a group. * Excellent facilitation skills * Demonstrated proficiency in statistics, forecasting and forecasting methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts. * Knowledge Netsuite / Demantra or Oracle Demand Planning or other software related to demand planning is preferred. * Ability to effectively present written and verbally information and respond to questions from groups of manage
