Overview
Are you an excel whizz looking for a role where you can demonstrate your skills? Enjoy working with numbers? Have you got previous experience working in a procurement, shipping or similar? We may have the perfect role for you Who you will be working for: The Head Office of a well - known global company situated the most prestigious part of Uxbridge. What you will be responsible for: Entering orders onto the system Providing order confirmation and invoices for customers Arranging transportation Preparing documents for invoicing orders Dealing with pricing enquiries and returns Sending reports out to various people Preparing any documentation required to accompany a shipment leaving Attending internal meetings with other departments Archiving Preparing of order labels The ideal candidate: Must have advanced Excel skills as you will be using it to complete most of your tasks Ideally worked in a similar role or within logistics, procurement or supply chain Will have accurate data entry skills Must be highly numerical A degree in finance or similar would be advantageous We are an independent recruitment agency who are celebrating our 40th year of supporting local candidates find local opportunities.
