Overview

A unique business based near Solihull are looking for a passionate individual for a varied Project Coordinator who can also undertake adhoc PA duties. Working within one of the businesses pivotal project management teams, you will be responsible for the provision of all role team support. You will ideally be available for an immediate start and must have strong project/ PA and administrative skills. You’re responsibilities will include: Expert management of all forms of correspondence across the team ensuring everything is responded to and actioned in a timely manner Coordination of all relevant meetings in line with the project requirements ensuring the attendance of all key stakeholders at each stage Managing and building relationships with external stakeholders Creation of professional documentation and reports including presentations and minutes Management of all processes in line within business standards Arrangement of all necessary equipment and IT requirements for the team Supporting the office manager with PA support to the CEO and senior directors including adhoc diary management, travel arrangements and inbox management. All other ad hoc responsibilities in line with project needs You must be competent in the above listed tasks and show a professional outlook on the responsibilities included. You will ideally have access to your own form of transportation due to the location of this business.
