Overview
On behalf of my well established client in Crewe, I am looking for 3 x Customer Service Associates. This will be on a fixed term Contract running to the end of December 2020. You will build and develop customer relationships by taking orders, answering queries and looking after complaints. You will also need to formulate, raise and input stock related and debit entries. The successful applicant will have experience in a similar role and must be proficient with Microsoft office and a knowledge of SAP is desirable.
