Finance and operations Analyst based near Harrow £42000 Your new company An extremely successful distribution and sales business are seeking a Finance and Operations executive to take control of the day to day financial matters of one of the group entities Your new role Your role will be to lead, control and manage the accounting function for a group company and to overlook all aspects of related accounting, finance, working capital and cashflow as well as take control of all matters relating to logistics and inventory of the business. Duties may include but wont be limited to: Maintenance of the financial ledgers on SAGE Flash reporting Manage month end close Analysis of business performance and trends PL production Prepare weekly reporting schedule Month end foreign exchange reports Bank reconciliations In addition to the above you will also have operational control of day to day duties relating to supply chain, and logistics support, the warehouse is based in Sussex so there may be day travel to Sussex once or twice a month. Ideally seeking an individual with previous experience in managing a logistics or warehouse operation from a financial perspective. What you'll need to succeed You will be part qualified or qualified by experience. You will have experience in SAGE. Ideally you will have had previous stock/ inventory experience coupled with operational control within logistics and or inventory management What you'll get in return A competitive salary.
